I would like in my first post to refer to the source of my profile photo. I used "anti perfectionism" as a search query in Google Images in search for a suitable profile photo to reflect the concept behind my new blog. The first image that attracted my attention was this interesting one made by CheezyCat, which is titled, aptly for my blog, "against perfectionism." Apparently, CheezyCat has a similar experience with "perfectionism", so she created this image to help her overcome this obstacle. Therefore, I decided immediately to use it as a profile photo, hoping that CheezyCat would not mind it!
It appears that there are some other interesting "anti-perfectionist" images that turned up within the same search query, such as this one:

An any rate, I am neither an artist nor do I have the slightest knowledge of art outside my subjective experience, so I cannot say much about these photos. Perhaps some time in the future I will do some research about perfectionism in art and try to write something about that. Anyway, the purpose of my blog, as I mentioned in my introduction, is not perfectionism per se, but how to practically overcome it!
